The brief

Mothers do not shop Glow Mama Go because they have spare time; they shop between everything else. The store had to earn trust fast, answer real questions without a support ticket, and make the path from curiosity to checkout short enough to finish during a nap. It also had to carry a content mission, not just a catalog: wellness guidance, encouragement, and free resources sit at the heart of the brand.

So the brief came down to three things: make self-serve personalization the front door, keep the cart one glance away everywhere, and style every product, category, and content template so the brand never fragments as it grows.

What we did

01

A custom quiz as the front door

What Type Of Glow Getta Are You? turns five questions into a personalized self-care routine. First-time visitors get genuine value before they ever see a product, and the brand learns what each shopper actually needs.

02

A daily affirmation generator

Encouraging quotes tailored to mothers give people a reason to come back on the hard days, keeping the brand useful in between purchases instead of only asking for them.

03

E-commerce with the cart always in sight

Product browsing and checkout were structured for clarity: consistent cards, visible pricing, and cart visibility that follows the shopper, so finishing a purchase never turns into a search party.

04

Custom blog and archive design

The blog index, category pages, and product archives were all custom-styled: featured posts up top, clear categories, and an author sidebar, so content reads like a magazine instead of a template.

05

Affiliate marketing built into the structure

Brand partnerships and monetization are part of the architecture rather than an afterthought, so Mama Approved recommendations earn their keep without cluttering the experience.

The result

Every template, from product pages to the blog archive, shares one identity, so the brand keeps growing without losing its voice. The quiz and affirmation generator turn a store into a daily habit, and the affiliate system quietly supports the free content in between. From layout to logic, the site now feels like what it has always been: the ultimate self-care hub for moms.

The store was built from scratch rather than rebuilt, and it opened fast for what it was: PageSpeed Insights measured 94 on mobile and 99 on desktop at launch, so a shopper arriving on a tired phone between everything else still gets a page that answers right away.
